What information do I need to provide when applying for service?
Starting & Connecting Service
You'll need your full legal name, property legal description, street address, phone, mailing address, business license (if commercial), and driver's license.
Apply online: The primary way to apply for water service is through our online application form.
Mailed applications are also available upon request.
Required information
When applying for water service, you must provide:
- Full legal name of the applicant (individual or business entity)
- Legal description of the property to be served
- Street address of the property
- Phone number for contact
- Mailing address (if different from service address)
- Business license number (for commercial applicants)
- Driver’s license information
- Signature of applicant or authorized representative
Additional requirements before service starts
- Service deposit payment
- Proof that your property has an inside shut-off valve
- If the service connection is new or modified, inspection approval is required per Section W-020-A
