The Service Connection Permit fee is $95. If engineered plans are required, add $190 for plan review.
You must obtain a permit before connecting to utility facilities.

- Service Connection Permit Fee: $95
- Plan Review Fee: $190 (if engineered plans are required)
When plan review is required
Engineered plans must be submitted for:
- Private systems
- Residential buildings with more than 2 dwelling units
- Branched service extensions
- Commercial structures
Service connection deposits
Permit fees and plan review fees are included in service connection deposits.
