How do I apply for water service?
Complete an application online or by mail. You'll need your legal name, property details, contact information, driver's license, and business license (if applicable).

What you need to provide:
- Your full legal name (or business name if commercial)
- Legal description of the property to be served
- Street address
- Phone number and mailing address
- Business license number (if applicable)
- Driver’s license information
- Your signature (or authorized representative’s signature)
Note: The tariff states applications should be made by mail, but online applications are now accepted for your convenience. Mailed applications are still available upon request.
Service deposit: You’ll need to pay a service deposit (typically 2 months of service charges) before service begins.
By applying, you agree to follow the utility’s published tariff and service conditions. If your service connection is new or recently modified, inspection approval is required per Section W-020-A. Once the utility receives your complete application and deposit, your water service will begin.
