Can I use utility water for my air conditioning?

Only if the air conditioning system does not reintroduce cooling water back into the utility facilities. Systems that return water to the utility system are prohibited.
The utility will only provide water service to air-conditioned buildings that do not re-introduce cooling water into the utility facilities.
